Spring, 2012 is well underway and there are many service events and initiatives that will be highlighted. We had an excellent fall with the Cajun Connection sections - over a thousand students, faculty, and staff out on the street doing good work. Last academic year (2010-2011) was another 500,000 hour service year and we are well on our way toward another remarkable year. Keep up the good work.
Here on the community service website, you can keep up to date with our Ragin' service by checking out the links on the left. I have a WELCOMEfor you to get started - or just jump to the PICS and PRESS link to see some of the great work that our students, faculty and staff are doing. I've updated the pics with several from our Fall 2011 service days. Service at all levels is a point of Ragin' Cajun pride and we invite you join us as we move through our next exciting century of service.

November 19, 2011 was another big service day for many of our Cajun Connection sections. This link will take you to a nice write up by Marsha Sills of the Advocate. There are a couple of great pics there too (I love the rainbow).
